Become one of the Most Active Fans

The MiTuCasa Most Active Fan program was created to thank guests who actively support MiTuCasa through reviews and interactions on our official channels.

Every year we select 3 winners from our most active fans, who will have the opportunity to stay 3 nights free of charge in one of MiTuCasa's properties (cleaning fees included).

The prize stay is valid during low season periods (generally from January to March). Available dates are communicated to winners on a case-by-case basis. Winners who are unavailable may choose to transfer the prize to acquaintances or defer it to the following year.

MiTuCasa properties assigned as prizes are selected directly by MiTuCasa based on availability during the promotional period. It is not possible to choose the accommodation in advance.

To enter the draw, earn points through verifiable activities:

• Google review: 60 points
• Like on an Instagram, Facebook or TikTok post: 10 points
• Post comment: 25 points
• Post or reel share: 30 points
• Tag or mention of MiTuCasa: 40 points
• Comment on a MiTuCasa YouTube video: 50 points

MiTuCasa assigns points exclusively for activities that can be verified directly on its official channels or through evidence provided by the user.

Activities that cannot be monitored (such as private shares or non-visible saves) do not qualify for points. In the event of doubt or inability to verify, the activity will not be counted.

• Actions visible on MiTuCasa channels: points assigned after verification
• Actions not visible or not attributable: no points
• MiTuCasa may request links or screenshots when necessary

To participate in the program, you must use exclusively the Google and social media accounts provided at the time of registration.

• Reviews must be submitted using the declared Google account
• Social media interactions must come from the indicated accounts
• Activities carried out with different accounts will not be counted
• MiTuCasa is not responsible for username changes not communicated or profiles not attributable to the registered user
• Registered users receive periodic updates on their score, their ranking position and upcoming draws.

In the event of a change of Google account, social media username or use of new profiles, the user is required to notify MiTuCasa and re-register for the program. Notification must be sent by email to infoantispam@mitucasaantispam.com . Only after confirmation from MiTuCasa will new activities be considered valid for scoring purposes.

The prize stay may be transferred to acquaintances free of charge. Sale or any form of monetization of the prize is not permitted. The beneficiary must provide their personal details before the stay and accept the property's house rules.
