In the event you need to cancel your booking within 24 hours, you are entitled to the full amount paid for the booking, plus any security deposit. No charges will be applied to you.

Manager's Responsibility
If during your stay you find that:
Property does not match the description
If the property does not match, in whole or in large part, what is stated on the website, you will be fully refunded.
Issue not resolved promptly
If a significant problem occurs that the Manager cannot resolve quickly (within 48 hours), the remaining days will be refunded.
Early departure due to a sudden reason
If you are forced to leave the property before checkout for any reason, the remaining days will be refunded.
