You can book directly on our website by selecting your stay dates and checking real-time availability. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or phone for personalized assistance. We also accept bookings through platforms such as Google Hotel, Booking.com and Airbnb.

We offer transfers to and from Rome's airports, currency exchange service, laundry, and concierge assistance for booking restaurants, guided tours or attraction tickets. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible by taking care of all the practical details.

Each property has its own times; usually check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM. On request and subject to availability, we can arrange early or late check-ins and late check-outs.

For out-of-hours arrivals, we offer a self check-in service with detailed instructions that we will send you before your arrival.

Our Vacation Houses are strategically located in areas well connected by public transport. From Vitinia and Laurentino you can reach the center of Rome in about 30 minutes on metro line B. Near the apartments you will find metro stops, bus stops and train stations that provide frequent connections to all the main attractions of the city.
