At the time of booking you will confirm the number of participants and the tour time. Show up with your booking confirmation (printed or on your smartphone), comfortable walking shoes, and a light jacket for the evening. Arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting point in Piazza della Repubblica for check-in and earpiece distribution.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation in advance:You can cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before the tour start time. This allows the spot to be reallocated to other participants.
Last-minute cancellation:Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable because the tour is already organized and the guide is booked.
Late arrival:The tour departs on time. If you arrive late the group will have already left and rejoining is unlikely. No refund is provided for participant delays.
Bad weather:In case of light rain the tour runs normally (bring an umbrella). In case of extreme weather (thunderstorms, heavy rain) the tour operator may postpone, offering a new date or a full refund.
Rules During the Tour
- You must follow the guide and not stray from the group. The alleys of the historic center can be confusing in the evening.
- Be respectful of other participants; speak quietly near monuments and in squares to avoid disturbing others.
- Watch your step on the Roman cobblestones, which can be slippery. Wear closed comfortable shoes.
- Respect monuments and fountains; do not litter. Touching sculptures or wading in fountains is not permitted.
- In case of need (restroom, physical issue, or feeling unwell) inform the guide immediately so they can assist you.
