In the evening the place is very quiet, not a leaf moves, and in the morning it is lovely to wake up to birdsong. The air is fresh given the proximity to the sea, and it stays cool even on the hottest days. A short walk away is the train station that takes you to the historic center of Rome in 20 minutes.

Nice place, close to the station. Detached house with large terrace and barbeque for family barbecues. The station closes at midnight. I had to take the bus. It's a shame because the metro is very convenient and takes you right to your doorstep.
